About Me: Greetings, My Nome de Plume is Doctor Raven and I’m a struggling writer for Goth and Industrial Magazines and an explorer and supporter of the Goth Community et al. Currently I'm working on an adventure in Zine and Magazine writing and attempting to network with bands across the country to promote the community that has allowed me a place to call home. My professional Myspace is where you will find updates of my current projects along with the somewhat coherent thoughts that I have posted on this wonderful tool. Updates for November 2008. Falling behind in my projects due to work related messes. Pray for me as I work hard. There are announcements of layoffs coming up and while I know I would get a sizeable severance package.... I'd rather have employment. Pray though that if I am layed off, that God provide a new job quickly. My lovely lady and I are still working solidly on our wedding plans for September 19th 2009. October updates for Doctor Raven... A few updates from the Doc.. I have to admit. I don't think I've ever felt happier or more at peace with myself, who I am, or my future. A Reflection in memoriam; Goth Help Us.

A reflection In memoriam: Goth Help Us. Back in November of 2007, the fledgling humanitarian organization known as Goth Help Us folded sadly due to a number of different factors. Compassion and conservation in action. My lady and I the other day discussed opening a Pet Invert rescue center yesterday. After some quick discussion and agreement, we’ve set out on a grand and new adventure. "My clothing, my hair, my music, my chosen outward apperance do not define who I am. I am Christian Goth, and Christ alone defines who I am!"
